HISTORY
Our company was founded in 1974 by AB VOLVO, MOGÜRT and Csepel Autógyár, then called Volcom-Hungary Kft. In 1992 a significant change took place in the life of our Company meaning a change in name, ownership and scope of activities. Between 2004 and 2013 we became a member of a global group as a VOLVO Construction Equipment trading company. On 30 September 2013, Ascendum S.A., acquired Volvo Baumaschinen Österreich GmbH and its subsidiaries, including our Company.

Ascendum is backed by a team of 40 people. Every single one of them makes a vital contribution to the success of the company. As a traditional company, we place great emphasis on personal advice and close client relationships. Nobody is just a number here; we are all Ascendum.
